Subtitle Starship: Rising

The first full poster for the upcoming G.I. Joe movie has been discovered and alongside of it the new subtitle for the film. G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra is now the official title. The guys over at Film1.nl happened to come across this poster at the Cinema Expo in Amsterdam and took a photo for the world to see. I would say it's not all that amazing, plus it's only Duke, play by Channing Tatum, and I'd rather see some of the other G.I. Joe team members instead, like Dennis Quaid as General Hawk or Sienna Miller as The Baroness. However, if this strikes up as heated of a discussion as the new name of Transformers 2, then go for it. I think that a good solution for How to put a line above the lower part of tcolorbox and How to make lower part of tcolorbox as tall as the title could be to replace the lower text with a tcbsubtitle. But as you can see in following example, this introduces a vertical empty space between the subtitle and lower border. Do you know where is this space defined and how to avoid it

After a little bit of investigation I've found that the lower white space comes from boxsep parameter, therefore if a bottom=-boxesp is fixed, this empty space disappears. If the bottom of subtitle box should lay over the bottom of tcolorbox, bottom=-boxsep-bottomrule should be used.

The habit of combining one- or two-word titles with a subtitle for foreign release so the public will have a better idea what the work is about. It's a way to give people who haven't heard about the original work an idea of the premise without making it unknown to the people who do know the original work by name. Sometimes the subtitle is a direct translation of the original title (if it is kept in the original language), making the name redundant, or it may be something that explains the plot.
