The case study describes the operations at the installation and maintenance of wetsand panels. Also in this article we see how it is much easier for the customer to request additional services, as well as amendments and repairs, instead of talking directly with the manufacturer of the product. The changes in terms of quality assurance also have an effect - the customers now have a great demand for having every panel fully inspected and examined before delivery. The results presented in the case study indicate that this is also important for the manufacturing and testing department. d2c66b5586
